Our 70's aesthetic move-in day was accompanied by this booklet designed by me. It served to answer any question a new resident may have had after moving in.
Fall Lease Renewal Handout
This slip came along with a personal sell I gave before Halloween to various residents. I recall counter-signing 12 renewals that week after my resident interactions.
